GETTING STARTED

Starting a new endeavour is sometimes scary and intimidating but don't worry,

getting started at Team Phoenix is easy! 

 

Don't quite know what you are looking for? Drop us an email or give us a call and we will be more than happy to give you some advice. 

New starters are welcome to join in any class as we cater to all levels.

 

Already know what you are looking for? Give us a call or send us an email and we can arrange a trial class for you.

 

On the day of your trial, you can find us via the map on the contact us area of this website or, if you have any problems finding us, give us a call.

For your trial session you need to bring shorts/jogging bottoms and tshirt. You should bring some water as well! We will provide everything else unless you have your own pads and gloves that you would like to use. 

 

If you can arrive 10 or 15 mins before the the class you want to try we can fill out a quick registration form give you the tour, and answer any questions you may have. Then you will be ready to get started.

Step 2 - Pick a day

Choose a day and class that you would like to come down and try. Let us know and we will get you started.

Step 3 - Come along

The hardest part of any endeavour is the first step. This is the moment when you take control and go for it!
