Super Summer Seminar Zoom!

This fantastic 2 day event will cover the arts of Team Phoenix Jeet kune do and Kali. We will be training 4 hours per day to give you lots of new knowlege as well as a great workout! Whether you are brand new to the arts, or an old hand, you are very welcome to attend this fun and exciting weekend!

We will be covering boxing, kickboxing, trapping, wooden dummy, single stick, double stick and knife!

We will also be having a super summer party on the satuday night to celebrate our reopening!
