Rachel and I had a wonderful weekend in Gothenburg training with Punong Guro Johan Skålberg and the KSI instructor team.
Backyard training was the order of the day and with such beautiful surroundings it was hard not to have a great time! Sticks, knives, beers and barbecue was all to be had with a group of good friends!
Looking forward to summer camp!
