Matthew Teasdale Helsinki Seminar

We had a fantastic time teaching in Helsinki, Finland last weekend. I taught some Filipino boxing, trapping and takedowns. Double stick, single stick and knife defence. Thanks to all the guys and girls at KSI Helsinki and especially Mikka who brought me over! Looking forward to next year!
