Team Phoenix winter gradings

What an amazing weekend! 3 days, 3 gradings and 1 epic party!

A huge congratulations to all who grading and put the time and effort in to master their material.

A very exciting first ever Monkey Mind grading which culminated with some epic scenario training in the changing room.... where else! Well done to John, David and James who passed everything we threw at them with flying colours!

Friday night saw the shoot wrestling gradings with a great performance from Steve, Vince, Mike, Adam, Dan, and Pete!

Saturday saw the Muay Thai gradings with a fantastic performance and some tough sparring for everyone going for phase 2 and 3!
